animals play,有三个原因:
1-surplus energy theory,动物们会把自己用不完的能量,通过玩儿的方式消耗掉。
2-instinct instinct practice theory,

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:
Teachers should be paid at least as much as doctors, lawyers or business leaders are paid.
2)范文:
It is widely accepted that teachers play a vital role in the progression of society. Although some people think that paying teachers a huge salary is not a very sensible idea due to the fact that good teachers should be motivated by other factors such as passion instead of money, I hold the notion that making teaching be one of the highly-paid professions, such as lawyers and doctors, can bring plenty of benefits.
To begin with, a decent paycheck would positively affect students’ results and classroom performance. Obviously, the main reason is that if teachers received high salaries for their hard work, they would be motivated to become higher quality teachers, which means that they would be willing to devote extra time to preparing well for their lessons, such as creating new activities for students. As a result, students are easier to not only focus on learning but also be inspired and think independently. However, if teachers were not paid well, it would be hard for them to engage in providing a better education for students since they lack the motivation to constantly cope with the heavy workload, so students would not have a chance to improve their performance. The story happening to Zoe could perfectly prove the statement mentioned above. As a high school teacher, Zoe was paid a hefty salary last year. After receiving the incentive, she was ready to spend more time improving her teaching ability, such as learning new teaching methods and being fully invested in the topics that she taught. Therefore, most of her students were motivated to learn more in her class and finally achieved better-standardized test scores. However, Joe didn’t receive a high salary for his hard work, so he decided not to dedicate himself to work any more and his students were consequently not provided with a quality education. Thus, high salaries can have a positive impact on how teachers function in the classroom and the performance of their students.
Besides, pay incentives can help to attract more talents to enter the teaching profession. Apparently, the primary reason is that for most of the university graduates, money is one of the most important factors in deciding on a career due to the high cost of living. Hence, more qualified candidates will be attracted to go into teaching positions if the salary given to them is high. However, if the teacher salary didn’t increase in line with the cost of living, plenty of talented and energetic young adults who need to be able to live on a salary would turn to other jobs whose salaries are more competitive. Taking Alyssa as an example. She was graduated from one elite university last year and then became a faculty member of a leading high school. After comparing the job with other professions which required similar levels of ability, she decided to accept the offer as she would be paid a huge salary. Thus, the high salary was the key contributor to the high school’s reputation for prominent teachers.
However, there were not so many excellent teachers in another high school which Alex joined since the salary paid was not attractive. Therefore, the teacher salary should be dramatically increased since it can serve as an enticement for young people to enter the field.
To put everything in a nutshell, the teacher pay should be highly increased because it can not only motivate teachers to put more effort into ensuring students receive a better education but also help attract more gifted people to enter the teaching field.
