俄罗斯的东海岸有一些石头的小岛，他们构成了一定的形状，然后猜测这些形状的可能性。

1、他们有可能是一个迷宫做成来当做鱼的陷阱，然后当海水流入这里的时候，鱼进入这里之后就游不出去了，这样就很容易被渔民捕捉。

2、他们有可能是建造用来记录太阳不同的位置，而且这些位置有可能与天空当中的星星是相配合的。

3、这些石头有点像英国的巨石阵，有可能是通向来世的一个通道。是死去的人的灵魂，可以被引领到亡者之地。

1、类似的迷宫在地球上还有很多有的迷宫，不仅仅是在于海里有的还在于地面上，他们是不可能来作为鱼的陷阱的。

2、一共有14个这种迷宫，他们看上去是朝着特定的天体的。但是这些迷宫的入口是指向不同的方向的，应该与天文学也没什么关系。

3、如果是人类的墓穴的话，就应该会有一些人类的骨骼，还有一些金银珠宝被埋在这个里面，虽然在这些迷宫的周围曾经发掘出来过墓穴，但是在这个迷宫当中是完全没有埋葬死者的，所以应该跟葬礼没有关系。

题目：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is more important for the government to spend money on art museums and concert halls than on recreational facilities such as swimming pools and playgrounds.

The infrastructures established by the government could always bring literal benefits to local residents. Though it may be convinced by a couple of people that some art museums as well as concert halls are intriguing, from my perspective, the government had better construct recreational facilities instead.

To begin with, the facilities like swimming pools or playgrounds could benefit more citizens, which are usually utilized as public areas. Obviously, the main reason is that while building these facilities, the majority of residents could take full advantage of that and have great time relaxing themselves with their relatives or friends. However, the museums and concert halls are always constructed for the fans and relevant enthusiasts of specific fields, which only accounts for restricted proportion of the entire population. Thus, more people could be benefited once the local authority build public facilities like swimming pools. The story occurring to our city could perfectly prove that. What has been receiving compliments from the local people is the construction of the public gardens with a huge play ground, where almost each of the citizen has a great fun there during their leisure time. However, the establishment of the art center hasn’t aroused much people’s awareness, since more people tend to be less professional in that area and admit that they never step in that building.

Besides, it is undoubted that the recreational constructions could be available to the public for longer period of time in a year compared with the art museums. Apparently, the primary reason is that these facilities could meed individuals’ need whenever they have spare time, and some of the public playgrounds are clearly be open all year round. However, most of the art museums and concern halls could be available to the public when necessary, meaning that the civilians could only make use of that during unique moment, such as rare exhibition of precious cultural relics or superstars’ pop shows. Thus, compared with the former ones, they indeed could only prove its value during specific periods of the year. Taking our city as the example, the construction of these art museums only sells tickets when special festivals arrive and some exotic or antique remnants are shown, which is not open to all for a long period of time during the year. However, the playground actually is always crowded the whole year round, due to the fact that residents may enjoy themselves anytime when they are called by zing.

To put everything in a nutshell, building facilities like swimming pools could bring more benefits to more people for longer period of time. .
