There are two ways snails, the small creature with soft and moist body in a hard shell, have strategies for coping with high temperatures and the lack of water.
First of all, when it is very hot outside, snails would move into the shelter of vegetation like leaves or shades, to stay out of the sun. Moreover, they move up since the ground is hot, and stick to a wall or a tree to cool down.
