Do you think the government should spend money on saving endangered animals or should private sector take on such responsibility?

范文：

I think the government should take on the reasonability of protecting endangered animals. First, they have more resources to make sure enough is being done. Take China as an example. The government is doing a great job protecting pandas, both wild and captive. Many research facilities have been built to make sure there are enough off-springs necessary to maintain a healthy population of pandas.

Second, private sectors might lack the funding and technology to ensure a smooth operation. Many private organizations depend on public donation instead of being able to self-sustain.
