Some people prefer to celebrate special occasions like birthdays with large gatherings and parties, others prefer to celebrate quietly with only a few people on such occasions. Which do you prefer?

范文：

Personally, I prefer to celebrate special occasions with only a few close friends. The main reason is that I'm a very quiet and introverted person. Socializing with a lot of people drains my energy and makes me feel uncomfortable. Instead, being around a small group of people makes me relaxed since I don’t have to force myself to be the “life of the party”. Besides that, preparing for a big party is also very time-consuming. I mean, I have to decide on a date and time, send out invitations, buy snacks and beverages and do stuff like that. It's too much trouble for me. I would definitely prefer to keep it simple.
