Do you prefer to be taught by experienced teachers or new teachers who have just finished their training?

范文：

Well, I prefer to be taught by experienced teachers and I have two reasons for that. The main reason is that experienced teachers have developed a mature routine for the class. What I mean is, they usually have a well-developed syllabus and a well-designed schedule for the entire semester. In this case, students get to benefit from a highly organized and effective learning experience. I know I would for sure.

Another reason is that experienced teachers have worked with many students and have faced various situations. Therefore, students can feel free to ask all kinds of academic questions. I personally have had many experienced professors who encourage students to raise challenging questions so that the class can have an inspiring discussion together.
