Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Children at an early age should learn independent living skills.

范文：

For me, I believe that children should learn how to be independent at an early age because they will need to be able to live by themselves in the future. For example, lots of students would leave their hometowns to study at universities in other parts of their countries, some of them might even go abroad. In this case, students would need some basic skills, like cooking washing clothes, and manage their expenses, in order to survive in an environment other than home. So, without these necessary skills, students won’t be able to sort out their daily lives, and that could be detrimental to their studying experience, and that’s why I think they should learn to be independent at an early age.
