  托福写作练习题目:People who develop many different skills are more successful than people who focus on one skill only.

  托福写作模板:

  1)段落的中心句:

  Employers are more willing to hire people who have specialized skills.

  2)理由:

  A company consists of different people undertaking various job responsibility. Some people deal with accounts while others are responsible for marketing. As our job has long been specialized, a company doesn’t need a person to know many a job a little. Instead, company needs someone to focus and handle one section efficiently. So, job position is rarely provided for an employee who lacks of some expertise in certain domain.

  3)例子:

  For example, Microsoft hires 1000 software programmers each year, and it doesn’t require an software programmer to have skills of marketing, or the ability of dealing with people, because these engineers’ job is to write efficient programs. By the same token, a marketing company will not ask the employers to acquire programming skills. Every job has a very specific requirement on one skill, and the company wants people to deepen into one skill rather than cover many.
