　　题目大意：父母发现老师的教学方法有问题时，不应该对老师表达出异议。波波老师建议选择不同意，即认为;父母应该表达表达自己的异议，理由是这样即可提高老师的水平，又可以帮助学生更好的学习知识。

　　父母应该表达自己的观点，因为有利于提高老师的水平和让学生学到更多知识。

　　段首句：Disagreement from parents about teaching methods can urge teachers to improve their teaching pedagogy and thus to be more competent in teaching. (家长的质疑会老师更有动力通过各种方法来去改进自己的教学方法，从而自身水平就会提高。)

　　展开句：家长的质疑往往会指出老师的问题和缺陷，老师通过进修或读书可以改正这些问题，从而老师自身的素质也会有很大进步。

　　理由一：

　　段首句：Determing the final grades by numerous small assignments will force students to review what they learn timely and thus have a better command of knowledge. (大量小作业让学生更及时的复习知识，从而掌握的更好)

　　展开句：I remember, confucius, one of the greates philoshphers and educators in ancient China, once remarked that new knowledge can be gained by the means of review. This sentence disclose the important role played by going over the knowledge in acquiring knowledge. (孔子曾说过，温故而知新，这句话阐明了通过小作业及时复习的重要性。因果在众多小作业的督促下，学生会不得不去回顾课上所学内容，从而对知识掌握的更加牢固，从而有助于人生道路中应用。相反，如果仅仅是几个大的作业，学生平时把时间花在上网，玩游戏等娱乐活动上，只会在接近考试前，熬夜复习，这不仅会伤身伤神，而且成绩不理想。这些知识也会很快忘掉。)

　　段首句：Teachers can better understand the level of students and make a more precise assessment, through examining the various small task finished by students. 检查学生各种小作业，对于老师来说能够更准确把握学生的水平，更准确评判一个学生。

　　展开句：小的任务种类更多，可以更多反映出一个学生的综合能力。比如说写论文可以反映学生的写作水平，做调查可以反映学生资料收集能力和社交能力，做化学实验可以检测学生的动手能力(practical operation)。通过这些小的作业，老师就更能够了解每一个学生的优点和缺点，从而更有针对性的对学生进行辅导，从而提高教学水平，拿到更多的奖金。 反之，大任务不能准确反映学生的真实水平。

　　Admittedly， some opponents may state that too many numerous tasks will become a heavy study burden for students and thus do harm to students mental and physical health. However, compared with the reasons of our position, this claim seems particularly lackluster. Therefore, I am still convinced that having the final grades determined by numerous small assignments is a better choice.
